The Jack Riley Trust (Registered Charity Number: 1129014) provides grants to individuals in financial need between ages of 12 and 25, learning institutions and youth groups within Devon (but not Torbay and Plymouth). Focus is on personal, social and moral education, improvement of personal relationships and development of character, particularly, but not exclusively, in the area of the arts.
